The Partnership for Quality Living (PQL) mission is to inspire excellence in service to the public, making communities more livable by recognizing, documenting and celebrating outstanding enhancements to quality of life by individuals and organizations in the Superior California region.
The Vision of the Partnership for Quality Living is that the leisure and environmental quality of life in the Superior California region is healthy, vibrant and playful.

- through collaborations and partnerships, bring attention to and influence public policy affecting the future of the leisure quality of life in the region
