Leadership epitomizes Larry Gury. He is honored for his outstanding leadership and contributions as a public servant, innovator, entrepreneur and conservationist. Throughout his career at Southgate Recreation and Park District and later as he succeeded in the fitness and development industries as Co Founder and CEO of California Family Fitness, Larry has continually made contributions that has improved the life of the region. The quality of the environment has been enhanced by his leadership with Closed Zone Farms and the launching of Fit Development. In all endeavors, he has had a strong commitment to being a community partner and has consistently supported local community organizations. Hundreds of thousands of families and individuals have benefited directly from Larry Gury’s accomplishments in regions where they live, work and play.
